​1. Driver Requirements & Eligibility​

• Age Limit: Drivers must be at least 21 years of age (25 for high-end exotic or supercars).

• Driver’s License: A valid, unexpired government-issued driver's license must be presented at the time of rental.

• International Guests: Tourists must provide a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their passport.

 

2. Booking, Payment & Security Deposit

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe via our online platform. Cash is not accepted for security reasons.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit ranging from $200 to $1,000 (depending on the vehicle class) will be authorized on your card. This deposit will be released within 3–5 business days after returning the vehicle undamaged.

 

3. Rental Period, Pick-up & Return

• Late Returns: Vehicles must be returned at the designated time specified in your booking. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Late returns beyond this will incur an hourly fee or a full additional day's rental charge.

• Fuel Policy: "Same-to-Same" policy applies. Vehicles are provided with a full or partial tank and must be returned with the exact same level of fuel. A refueling charge plus service fees will apply if returned with less fuel.

 

4. Insurance & Liability

• Standard Coverage: Basic third-party liability insurance is included in the rental price.

• Damage Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any interior damage, rim/tire scrapes, or cosmetic scratches not covered by standard insurance.

• Optional CDW: Renters can purchase our optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at checkout for extra peace of mind.

 

5. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

​

• No Off-Roading: The rented vehicle shall NOT be used for racing, off-roading (unless renting a designated 4x4 Offroad Jeep), or drifting.

• Unauthorized Drivers: Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping inside our luxury vehicles is strictly prohibited. A professional detailing fee of $250 will be charged for violations.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

• Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time or for "No Shows".
